  • Who is Alice?

    David: Alice is a beautiful , kind , whimsical creature from a land far away.

    Alice: A jewelry designer, painter, clothing maker.

     

    Who is David ?  

    David: A stubborn mule.

    Alice: I think David is cat disguised as a man.

     

    Who are Alice and David? 

    David: I think we are two very independent human beings who have a great ordeal of respect for one an other and the hard work we’ve put into it to getting to the places we are in our lives. This independence creates a bond of desire and respect.  It also allows for a lot of cross consulting for each others endeavors.

    Alice: Two separate entities that somehow compliment, inspire and support each other.  Cat parents to three ferals.

  • How long have you been together?

    2 1/2 years


    Tell us your story, how did you meet?

    David: It all began one winters nights….. lol !  I saw her out one night and she had manages to lose all her rings while dancing , i tried to help her find them but as many people and tables as I moved she had flung them too far into too many corners.  I ended up leaving and kept thinking about that girl with the lost rings. I have a thing for finding people , and managed to figure out who she was. Turns out we had a mutual friend in common…..and bada bing bada boom and were here.

    Alice: I was dancing like a crazy person at the Jane, flinging my hands around really quickly and all my rings flew off, scattered all around the room. David moved furniture and people to find them. we met under a table.


    Was it love at first sight?

    David:  No, Alice didn’t remember me from that night and was very weary of me at the beginning stages. I knew.

    Alice: I needed some wooing…

  • Out of the billions of people in the world why each other?

    David: Some things just make sense.

    Alice: David is deeply silly! This is the best.

     

    Your hopes and dreams?

    David: A life of joy

    Alice:  To make good work and feel happy at the end of the day. to have a creative and loving home, honesty, and fun times.


    Who is the better dancer?

    David:Alice is very good.

    Alice: I am.

  • Do you believe it’s ok to go on separate vacations?

    David: Highly encouraged.

    Alice:  Yes! I’m going to Mexico with friends next month. It’s important to be individuals and maintain outside friendships and to come back together fresh.

     

    Any regrets?

    David: No regrets in life, every mistake is a place for learning.

    Alice: No! No regrets!

     

    What is easy? What is hard?

    David: Being hard on yourself , not being hard on yourself

    Alice: What is easy : being frank  …..What is hard : Finding balance.

  • How do you keep the romance alive?

    David: I’m Italian , it won’t ever die.

    Alice:  Our pace, things are always in flux, that and Davids’ chivalry 😉 he was definitely a knight in a past life.

     

    Any idea what the secret is to everlasting love?

    David: Stop looking, talking or even thinking about it.  Magic finds you.

    Alice: No idea. Self love is probably a good start though.
